HIMALAYAN ECO ADVENTURE 2005

1). MANAGEMENT

All the camp leaders at every camp site will be qualified mountaineers with the highest level of merit course. We gurantee the highest level of quality commitment from the management. Apart from being 100% professionals , they will be caring human beings, who will make your trip a memorable experience for you to return to us every time.

2). FOOD

Delicious and nutritious vegetarian food is prepared in the camp kitchen with hygience as main priority.

3). TRAVEL

In comfortable 3x2 deluxe buses from the ambala to transit camp. From transit camp to base camp & back ,3x2 regular mountain buses will ply.

4). MEDICAL FACILITIES

Facilities for proper medical aid will be available at every camp throughout the trek. However, those on special medication or with known drug allergies should bring their own necessary medicines. People having asthma , heart problems or any other problem should not participate strictly.

5). SAFETY

Extensive and painstaking preparations have gone into the planning of trek route to keep you safe. Our well qualified & experienced camp leaders have been visiting the area to check all the details. While every care has been taken to ensure your safety. ITO Holidays cannot be held responsible for any accident, illness and such other unforeseen events.

6). KEEP THE HIMALAYAS CLEAN

Every participant will ensure that the trekking trail is kept neat and clean. We discourage use of plastic, poly bags, non biodegradable products and any non eco-friendly products as our payback to nature.

7). PACKAGE PRICE

From ambala to ambala Rs. 6800/- (per person). Payment can be made only through cheque or bank draft favouring to ITO Holidays payable at chandigarh or in cash.

8). PACKAGE INCLUDES

All transportation in coach, accommodation in swiss-tents, all meals, all camping equipment and services of camp leaders.

9). CANCELLATION

In case of cancellation, the fee will be deducted as per the following conditions strictly. No refund will be entertained without submitting a request cancellation letter effective from the day we receive the letter.

Notice of less then 30 days – half fee will be refunded.

Notice of less then 15 days – no refund.

Also no refund will be entertained to participants who are unable to complete the trek-route or abandon it due to any reasons.

10). CERTIFICATE

Every one will awarded with a certificate on successfully completing the trek.

11). NOTES

1. ITO Holidays reserves the right to increase the package price, change the number of days if the situation so desire due to unforeseen reasons and such decisions will be implied and accepted by all.
2. ITO Holidays reserve the right to reject any application.
3. 100% advance is required for confirmation.
4. The package price does not include any kind of personal expenditure like, telephone calls,laundry,tips, personal sightseeing,or any such expenses which may arise due to abnormal situation like road blocks, landslides, personal porters, or ponies etc.
5. Any increase in government taxes, any hike in diesel prices after January 2005 will be charged extra.
6. All disputes subject to chandigarh jurisdiction only.
